Terms of service

1. Service

Vetorly converts raster images into vector files using AI. Previews are free; downloading the final file uses credits.

2. Credits & payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. 1 credit unlocks every format of 1 image. Credits never expire.

3. Refunds

If a result is not usable, contact us within 7 days and we will return the credit or refund you.

4. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the images you upload. Illegal or infringing content is forbidden. You own the generated files.

5. Liability

The service is provided as is. Always check files before production.
